[Sponsored By CarMax] Most Customer Focused
We are looking for an easily accessible and engaging (or creative) solution that would integrate well with the existing site and its features, with the ability to scale to any of our online platforms (Meaning web, mobile, or our app).
What updates would you make to CarMax's website to make vehicles that are not yet ready visible to customers? We have a direct need for this with transfer vehicles, since they need light reconditioning and sometimes significant work once they arrive at the destination store.
Right now, customers know nothing about what happens during that reconditioning. If we were to build a capability to show what is happening, how might we also use this for all vehicles that are going through reconditioning, and allow customers to keep tabs on them and see progress?
How might that be an engaging experience for customers and how might it fit in with our existing online experience?
